How can I clean my fabric glute band?

To properly care for your fabric glute band it is important to avoid putting the band in a washer and most importantly drier. Due to the elasticity in the woven material this will cause your band to lose its shape and resistance. Instead, we suggest using a mild dish soap such as DAWN and luke warm water. Gently squeeze out the excess water and let hang dry.

For quick clean and disinfectant Lysol wipes or disinfectant spray can be used

Always hang dry!

 

Which band is best for me?

We offer three different resistance levels in our glute bands. 

The heavy band is 13" in length and offers a medium-heavy resistance which makes it great for glute bridge, hip thrust, kickbacks etc. Please note: we are transitioning all bands to 15" dont worry- the resistance level will remain the same allowing you to have better range of motion during your exercises.

The medium band is 15" and offers medium resistance, try our medium band if you are a beginner, would like to use it for exercises that require more side to side motions such as abduction, side shuffles, wide stance squats or hip thrusts. The medium is our most frequently bought. It is highly recommended to purchase both as you will find different exercises require more or less resistance!

Light band is 14" and provides a light - medium resistance. Beginners this ones for you! currently available in our Black glute band.

How long does shipping take to the US?

This varies on location. Due to Covid-19 you can expect your item to deliver within 4-10 days. Delays are out of our control but we assure we are taking all of the necessary safety protocols for you to receive your product as quickly as possible. 

What is your return policy?

If the band is unused we will accept returns. Please take a look at our return policy and exchanges here. We do not accept returns after 30 days. All sales are final.
