Heavy band is 13" offers heavy resistance, for the most resistance from our bands this is your preferred band. Hip Thrusts, Abduction exercises, Glute Bridges are all common exercises done with the small band
Medium band is 15" offers medium resistance in a longer length! This band is diverse by making it perfect for beginners or advanced trainers. With a lighter resistance than the small size the Medium is paired well with Squats, Side Shuffles, exercises that require more range of motion.
